Booking Policies

Please note our basic booking policies are as follows:

Dress Code -- Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia requires all players wear a collared shirt, no denim is permitted. Bermuda shorts are permitted. Trilogy Golf Club is an alternative spike facility, metal spikes are prohibited.

Cancellation Policy -- By accepting the terms and conditions you accept the following policy. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations inside 48 hours will be at the discretion of the facility. All times are secured with a credit card and the card will be charged if the group fails to show for the starting time. A confirmation email will be sent upon accepting the terms and conditions.

Outside Food & Beverage Policy – Due to Arizona state law and insurance purposes all food & beverages must be purchased at the Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia, however guests may bring bottled water.

Advance Reservations & Special Requests
Do you need to make your arrangements for golf farther in advance than what is available through the online system?  We want to help. 

Though we cannot guarantee that times will be available, or that all of your special needs can be accommodated, simply call the golf shop at 623.328.5100; if we can work to make it happen, we certainly will.
